Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation and refund as soon as we get your request as long as the order has not shipped out yet.
If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy is effective for 90 days from the time your order is delivered.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?
It takes 1-3 business days for processing, International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days. The processing times are standard for all orders, even expedited shipping.
