Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a replacement, refund or exchange. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.
Eishobeau offers 30 days unconditional return policy. Within 30 days since your purchase, Eishobeau will accept your product return and provide a product exchange or a product refund. If you purchased a bundle or set and want to return a tool in the set, please contact us directly at email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in a good condition that and in their original packaging.
How to return
1. Please contact us through the Contact us page, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include your invoice number and let our Eishobeau team know about the issue and why you would like to return your product.
2. Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
3. Pack your items carefully and return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service 7 days from the date of delivery to the address provided by our customer care representative.
4. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a refund within 7 working days . The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product.
To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:
1. Item not working: We want to make your experience as great as possible without having to make trips to the local post office to ship things back. Therefore we ask that you take a short video with your phone showing the defective item and send to us. We will try to help solve your problem. If it is defective, we will send you a replacement or issue you a refund (for refunds, shipping costs are non-refundable).
2. Shipping address: Please double check before submitting your order. We cannot resolve any issues when given an incorrect shipping address. Eishobeau will no responsible the cost due to the incorrect shipping address. All orders are shipped with a tracking number to ensure that the packages are delivered.
3. Cancellations: We will make every effort to cancel your order as soon as you contact us with that request. However if your order was already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
4. You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. Any goods returned to us will be at your expense regardless of the fault or reason for their return. The only exception offered is where we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item. In these rare circumstances we will cover the costs associated with having to return the item(s). This refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee for the item(s)* needing to be returned and can only be paid once the item(s) has been received by our staff.
5. Any refunds will be processed immediately upon decision to the original payment method used when placing your order. The funds will be available to you depending on your bank’s processing time.
