Please note that although we are dispatching products as soon as possible in line with our Shipping Commitment below, we wish to advise that you may experience delays with the delivery to your parcel due to COVID-19.

Order processing:

Eishobeau agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within 3 working days from the payment receipt date. Eishobeau will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.

Eishobeau offers FREE standard shipping and Express shipping for worldwide.

  • FREE Standard Shipping

Eishobeau offers FREE standard shipping for all international orders, you should expect your parcel within 10-15 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at contact@eishobeau.com  and we will track it for you.

These timeframes apply to:

USA,UK,Canada,Mexico, Italy,Germany,Spain,France,Singapore,Malaysia,Thailand,Vietnam,Japan

All other countries not in the list above will require 15-20 days for delivery.

Our partner logistic will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.

Eishobeau are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

  • Express Shipping

Eishobeau also offers express shipping worldwide, an extra flat shipping rate of $30.00 USD applies.  Please contact us at contact@eishobeau.com  if you prefer the express shipping.

You should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at contact@eishobeau.com and we will track it for you.

Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as National Day , Spring Festival and other relevant public holidays.

Customs & Duties

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Eishobeau takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. Eishobeau are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, etc.
